nbc bay area's christi smith is live in oakland right now where she just talked to the unions. the question remains, what are they saying about the tentative contract? >> good morning to you. we just heard from the head of hue, one of bart's largest unions, that had been on strike, and they're saying that this latest tentative deal is actually just a little bit different than bart's last and final offer. they said that the executive board will go ahead and recommend it, but they're also offering an apology this morning to riders as they've done before about the strike, as chase has been staying. the staff wasn't in place at 4:00 this morning to get those trains rolling after that late night tentative deal was reached. now, with this tentative deal, that means an end to more than 60 days of talks and two walk-outs. the last four days, of course, the strike finally brought to an end late last night. bart's gm says she couldn't reveal too many details, but said that it was a good pack ang for the unions. here is a spokesperson this morning on how to address one of the key issues.
